The best advice that I ever received from anybody about anything in my life, and you can use it in any situation, is that you are absolutely perfect exactly the way you are. And you never have to doubt yourself because you're exactly who you're supposed to be, and you're exactly the way you're supposed to be. So you don't ever have to worry about that again. And that really helps.
