ASCAP "I Create Music" EXPO

[] The Writers Jam - Ryan Tedder (of OneRepublic), John Rzeznik (of Goo Goo Dolls), Chris Stapleton and others will share stories behind their work and perform them live in a fun, stripped-down, in-the-round setting.

[] In 1986, a trio of kids from Buffalo, NY burst out of their garage and onto the national music scene and has never looked back. Since then, the Goo Goo Dolls have become one of the most globally respected and loved songwriting forces in popular music, selling over 10 million albums in their 25-year history. In that time, the band has enjoyed a constant string of 12 Top Ten single breaking radio records for the Most Hot AC Hits in Radio History. "Iris," alone spent nearly a solid year on the Billboard charts. "Name," "Slide," “Black Balloon,” "Broadway," "Here Is Gone," "Big Machine," "Sympathy," Better Days," "Stay With You," all have spent lengthy times on the charts in multiple formats. The Goo Goo Dolls have received numerous Grammy Nominations, have released ten studio albums and have appeared on The Late Show With David Letterman and The Tonight Show over two dozen times combined. The simple truth is, the Goo Goo Dolls remain one of the most acclaimed, enduring and trusted rock & roll bands of our generation. In 2008, John received the Songwriters Hall of Fame’s Hal David Starlight Award.
