MOUNT CLEMENS, MI (AP) -- A failure in an underground electrical line apparently caused a series of gas explosions that sent utility hole covers flying and forced cancellation of a Goo Goo Dolls concert, officials say.The blasts Wednesday afternoon forced evacuation of part of the downtown for several hours.It happened as concertgoers were lined up for a performance by the Goo Goo Dolls at the Emerald Theatre.
