A brand-new biography about the Goo Goo Dolls is set to be released next month.

Titled A Book Named Goo: The True Story of the Goo Goo Dolls, the nearly 500-page book is the result of two years of research and interviews with dozens of people connected to the band's story.

The book features a foreword by award-winning producer Rob Cavallo, who has worked with the Goo Goo Dolls on some of the band's most significant recordings. It will also include dozens of photographs and flyers documenting the band's early years.
